It is a Seltec/Valeo TM21HX-type refrigerant compressor serving the cab A/C system on Caterpillar E-series and D-series backhoe loaders. The compressor mounts directly and uses a 12V electromagnetic clutch with a single-groove pulley for the A/C belt drive.
