Shipping Information
At Hook & Hull Co, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. This page explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During sales, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
- New Zealand: NZ$15 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of NZ$110 or more.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:
- New Zealand: 5–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or remote delivery locations.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hook & Hull Co is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as you can at info@hookhullco.nz and include:
- Your order number
- Photos, if the parcel or item is damaged
- A short explanation of the issue
We will work with the courier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
