17073 Jameson Heavy Duty Double Pulley Pruner

Replace(s): 17073. These heavy duty pruners have a 1-1/4" cut capacity with side cut action. The double pulley feature reduces the pulling force needed to make the cut. Uses Rotary 17082 adaptor and 17083 rope and handle.
